Six months into the role, Patrick Dennehy, Senior Director of Finance, also inherited procurement, which had recently been consolidated under Finance. With no dedicated team or platform oversight, Patrick faced renewal blind spots and unclear usage data across hundreds of licenses. 

The problem: Hidden renewals and six figures on the line
