How CrowdStrike pricing works
CrowdStrike sells its Falcon platform as a per-device subscription. Each bundle has a fixed price per protected endpoint, so your bill grows with the number of devices you cover. There's no separate platform fee or per-user charge.
You can buy the three self-service bundles (Falcon Go, Falcon Pro, and Falcon Enterprise) online without talking to sales, on either monthly or annual billing. On annual billing you pay the full year upfront, and it costs substantially less per device. CrowdStrike says there are no fees beyond the annual subscription itself, and annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund.
Two paths sit outside self-service:
- Falcon Complete is CrowdStrike's fully managed detection and response service. It's quoted only through sales.
- Falcon Flex is a licensing model for larger buyers. It opens up the full product portfolio, lets you swap modules each year, and charges only for what you deploy.
CrowdStrike Financial Services also offers financing, so a larger commitment doesn't have to come out of cash flow all at once.

Falcon Go
Go is CrowdStrike's "Security Essentials" bundle. It includes:
- Falcon Prevent (next-gen antivirus)
- Device Control
- Mobile device protection for Android and iOS
- Express Support
Purchases are capped at 100 devices, so Go fits small businesses rather than growing fleets.
Falcon Pro
Pro adds Falcon Firewall Management for centralized control of host firewall policies, and it includes integrated threat intelligence. It's the step up for teams that want more control without moving to full detection and response.
Falcon Enterprise
Enterprise is the "Advanced Protection" bundle. On top of everything in Pro, it adds Falcon Insight XDR (endpoint detection and response) and Falcon OverWatch, CrowdStrike's 24/7 managed threat hunting. Mobile device protection and Express Support are included.
Falcon Complete
Complete is CrowdStrike's 24/7 managed detection and response (MDR) service, with CrowdStrike's analysts running detection and response for you. It's priced by quote, includes the CrowdStrike Breach Prevention Warranty, and supports additional modules such as Next-Gen Identity Security and Next-Gen SIEM.

CrowdStrike's list prices are unusually transparent, but several things can raise your total above the bundle price:
How to negotiate lower CrowdStrike pricing
- Benchmark your quote first. Compare your per-device price and add-on costs to what similar companies actually pay. This matters most for Falcon Complete and Falcon Flex deals, where there's no list price to anchor against.
- Commit to annual billing. Annual pricing saves about 37% on Go, 44% on Pro, and 23% on Enterprise compared with paying monthly for a year. For 100 devices on Enterprise, that's $18,499 a year instead of $23,988.
- Buy during CrowdStrike's own sales. CrowdStrike lists a Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotion on Go, Pro, and Enterprise. If your purchase or renewal lands near that window, time it to the promotion.
- Time larger deals to CrowdStrike's fiscal calendar. CrowdStrike's fiscal year ends January 31, and its quarters close at the end of April, July, and October. Sales-led deals for Complete, Flex, or large device counts usually have the most flexibility near those dates.
- Push on device count. Pricing is per device, so large deployments have room for volume discounts off list, especially in sales-quoted deals.
- Consolidate add-ons through Falcon Flex. If you're buying several separately priced modules, a Flex agreement can bundle them into one committed spend. It also lets you swap modules annually instead of paying for ones you've stopped using.
- Bring a competing quote. Organizations already on Microsoft 365 Business Premium have Microsoft Defender for Business included in that license. That makes it a credible alternative to raise at renewal, whether or not you switch.
- Audit unused modules before renewal. Check which add-ons are actually deployed and in use, then drop or downgrade the rest. Unused modules are the easiest savings to find.
